The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last tenth of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.

After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with no amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Several homeowners raised issues regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed community garden construction and traffic regulations.
  • Association members addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the plans.

Following the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is presently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to strengthen the quality of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their comments by August 15th.
  • A community forum will be held on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

Further information regarding the proposed amendments can be accessed on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are urged to engage in this important process.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!

Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
